The Intent of Self Care
So July starts the beginning of the 2nd half of 2020 and I wanted to share more nuggets of wisdom and tiny little action steps with you guys as it pertains to the concept of Mental Health and Self-Care in the month of July.
This month we will be focusing on several aspects on the concept of Self -Care and how we can effectively implement intentional actions to improve and support our well being.
